Answers:
comfort her!.
tell her that her body looks fine the way it is!.
ask her why she's doing this!.
she's obviously feeling self conscience about her body
or things are getting soo bad around her that she takes it out on her body!.

&& does her parents know!?
does her therapist know!?

ask, and tell
cuz i bet they'll know what to do!.

ok, let's cross our fingers and hope to god this works!.
good luck!.(:Www@Answer-Health@Com

your friend is damaging her body when it's still growing at age 14!. this could cause her problems later in life, long after she gets over her bulimia (if she ever does)!.

she needs to be honest with her therapist and her parents!. she'll never get the help she needs if she's not!. she's only hurting herself further by not telling them the truth and keeping things from them!. encourage her to tell them, and if she won't, you really should!. she might get angry with you, but it's for her own good!. you'll be doing her a favor as her friend and someone that cares about her!.

people with eating disorders are hard to get through to, so try to be patient with her!. let her know you don't approve or agree with what's she's doing but you'll be there for her if she needs someone to turn to!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds to me like she has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder!. Bulimia is when you eat a large amount of food and then purge to get rid of it!. Does she do that too!? Just be there for her!. Just the fact that you are asking shows that you care!. Let her know every day how important she is to you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
