Yeppers, its normal!. Turning 30 is a milestone in most people's lives!. It can become a time for reflection looking on the accomplishments you have obtained or can become a self-bashing time of what you haven't accomplished yet!. (That ya promised yourself you would do!.)
The feelings of depression of lost youth need to be replaced with plans of the future!. New goals and experiences to look forward to!.
You aren't crazy, feel the feelings and then move forward with the rest of your life!. Congratulations on moving out of the little kid stage and officially becoming a mature woman!.
Learn to rejoice over your maturity gained by life's experiences!. (Tell your husband he needs to give you a special gift to celebrate you entering a new decade !!! lol)
Have a Happy Birthday and if the depression sticks around more than a few weeks, then you might want to get checked out!.

Oh yes, perfectly normal!. Because at 30, we start looking back on our lives and wonder if we've accomplished our goals and dreams!. We start wondering about having children before it's to late, or thinking about our careers and families!. We also start wondering if we are still desired by the opposite sex!. Turning 30 sucks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
30 was the only age I felt depressed to turn!. It was a really weird feeling!. Normally I am so happy on my birthdays (I turned 46 yesterday), but 30 was hard!!
It represented for me, the end of "childhood or young adulthood or whatever"!. I knew at that point that I was a grown up, and that my past was gone, (I had some feeling like my fun was over)!. But, so far from the truth!. I have had a much better life after 30, MUCH better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did and although I may not be normal I am on the right side of neurotic!! My family organised a surprise party for me and I hated every minute - all I wanted to do was hide away until the day was over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
