I don't mean to offend you but I don't think that prayer will wipe away these feelings!. It may make you feel stronger but you need some daily, concrete changes to start happening!. Begin by writing down what you feel, why, in what circumstances!. What sets off these intense feelings!. Is there something causing you pressure!? Are you angry!? Are you afraid!? Getting some quiet time each day to walk and let your thoughts roam can help!. If after some time (weeks!? months!? - up to you) some trends and answers don't start coming out my advice is to talk to your doctor!. Explain what is going on and ask them if they can refer you to a counselor for some therapy!. A non-judgemental listener, with an expert opinion, who may have seen hundreds of people going through the same thing you are going through should be able to help you feel better in the short term by letting you talk and feel as if you have help, and in the long term, give you the advice and tools you need to start feeling like your life feels good again!.

Good luck!. I think many people feel this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't feel like you have to be any particular way just because of your religion or social status!. Instead, reflect on what you think makes you angry!. Nobody could be angry in a relaxing life, so find out what in your life is making you so stressed!. If it's relationship problems, then ask for a couple days to yourself!. If it's work, ask for a day off!. Maybe even take a hike one day and think deep down without any thinking restraints!.
Whatever the problem is, try your best to find it at it's root and eliminate it, if only for a while to relax you and help you get your head around things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
