Your therapist needs time to diagnose you!. A diagnosis cannot be made quickly!. S/he needs to get to know you and talk to you in depth first!. I know it's hard to be patient, but if you get incorrectly diagnosed, it can make things much harder on you!.
You can't diagnose yourself!. Believe me, I know!. You are doing the right thing by seeing a therapist, though, and if you continue to stay in treatment, you should be able to work through your symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was diagnosed with Unstable Personality Disorder in my notes and they said I had traits of Personality Disorders my thoughts are all messed up I really dont know who I am and should have been seen by a Theraputic Community!. It was hidden from me and I am not sure how ti handle my life in general I just feel bitter to most people and feel like I have no feelings in general :(Www@Answer-Health@Com
The best way to tell is to get evaluated by a doctor (psychologist, psychiatrist, or family doctor) but the psych doctors will be better at diagnosis and treatment!. you can also look online, as I am sure you have, to see if the symptoms match yours!. BUT this is not a supplement for treatment by a licensed professional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd go see a shrink but thats me!.!.!. I think you should ask your closest friend or you know but id go see a therapist!.!.!. Hope it works out!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
