Answers:
Asses the situation!. What are you worrying about!? Can it be sorted out!? What is the worst possible outcome of the situation!? Can it be fixed if it occurs!? Think logically about the problem and try to sort it out!. And hey 99% of the time we worry about things that don't even happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am the same way- but I have learned that I cannot control everything and worrying about it isn't going to make it go away or not happen!. The only thing I can control is myself and what I do!.

Don't think or stress over the things in life that you cannot control!. Only worry about the things you can!. When you find yourself worrying, stop and decide whether or not you're being rational!.

Whenever I am really worried and just can't stop feeling this way, knowing there is nothing I can do, I just pray and ask God to take it away so that I can focus on the things that I should really be focused on!. And He always does!. I don't know what you believe, but this is the #1 thing that works for me!.

If nothing else, just remember that by worrying you are sending out negative vibes that will bring negativity back to you, keeping you from enjoying your life and other things that could be making you happy!. When you start to worry, immediately think a positive thought and build upon that to keep yourself from returning to that negative one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound like my father and grandmother, the two people in my family that I am most like!. Luckily, I did not inherit the "worrying gene", but I've seen the toll it can take on a person and their ability to be happy!. The only advice I can give to you is to focus on the positive things in every situation!. When you worry, you get in the way of yourself, and often you'll make silly mistakes or not try your hardest or do your best because you have no time to do anything but worry!. Worrying often also leads to becoming stagnant; not doing anything as opposed to taking a risk!. It's important to remember that life is short, and that everything that's going to happen will happen!. You cannot control the future, nor can you predict it, but as long as you do your best, your future will always have a bright outlook!. When life throws you some problems, you just have to go with the flow tll everything gets back on track!. I really believe that life is too short to worry about every moment, and that fate will decide for you, you're just along for the ride!. Worrying is OK in moderation, but when it gets in the way of your life and ability to be happy, it is out of control! Worrying is really a human flaw, I believe; we as humans like to believe we are the sole deciders of the outcomes of our lives and our futures, even when it takes a million different little things we can't possibly control to concoct an outcome!. Discovering a new mentality about life should help you!. Another idea is to have a rubber band on your wrist, and snap it every time you begin to worry about something obscene!. That way, you'll asociate the pain with worrying, and this will hopefully help make your subconcious stop worrying so much!. Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

!.
Exactly its a habit, learnt behaviour!.
We either worry about our past or the future, its a miss use of our imagination!.
I think the best thing would be to go and see your doctor for a referral!.
I developed some very negative thought patterns, but with help and a lot more self awareness I have freed myself!.
Something I have recently been asked to do ,Is each day think about three things that went well!.
I can readily accpt this now, four months ago would have been a very different story!.
Negative thoughts = negative feelings, worrying is like going around in the dark with a torch that shines out negative light,go looking for the positive
Somthing that has really turned me around is meditation!.
Which is not about stopping thoughts that enter our minds but just letting these thoughts pass on by!. Thoughts are not facts!.
TRY this spend ten minutes a day in meditation
Sit with your back off the chair
focus on your breath, the whole of the in breath
the whole of the out breathe
Thoughts will enter your mind ,but thats what brains do, they have thoughts, You may find yourself distracted gently re turn to your breathe!.
do not strive , no forceWww@Answer-Health@Com
