Question: I have a question to those who have depression and anxiety!.!. please bare with me!!?
how do you communicate with other people!.!. to those who are already in deep anxiety how's your relationship w/ others!? your friends!? is it affected by your situation or is it still fine!? i wanna know cause im having a hard time communicating!.!. im uncomfortable now even with my friends! i can't stand it anymore!.!. im losing all of them!.!.!. :'(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depression and anxiety is so hard to deal with, I think, because unless you have had it no one else can truly understand what you are going through!. There is no doubt that your relationships will suffer because when depressed nothing seems as interesting or joyful because you have this deep pain inside that makes you constantly want it to go away!. Sometimes what life throws at you can be so difficult that it can trigger the depression!. Other times, a chemical imbalance may be to blame!. No matter what, you need someone that you can confide in and share your feelings with and sometimes that can really help!. If you are on medication then stay on it, if not, go to a physician and tell him/her how you are feeling!. Get help in any way that you can!. Take one day at a time, step-by-step!. Don't be too hard on your friends because like I said most people don't understand!. Stay in touch with them just the same but you may not want to tell them everything because some of them may not understand and lead you in the wrong direction!. I'm not talking about a best friend; I'm talking about just a friend!. Try doing nice things for yourself if you can, get hair done, nails, new outfit, and then look in the mirror and say, "Wow" at yourself!. Take a walk and exercise if you can!. Be kind to yourself and try not to beat yourself up!. You must try to love yourself again!. Good luck dear, and just keep trying to go on!. ~I'm so sorry, I know exactly how you feel!. I lost my ex, for a number of reasons, but when it finally came down to it, it was depression, etc!. He didn't like that I was tired, (from meds) and couldn't keep up with housework and cooking!. He was selfish; didn't want to understand, even though I tried every kind of counseling available, he still called me lazy!.
It's hard to be upbeat all the time, and with real friends, you shouldn't have to be!. I think they just don't want to hear how you feel!.
My situation is staying away from friends and relatives when I'm really down, but I wouldn't advise that!. Keep taking your meds and working with your counselor, hopefully it will all work out!.
You might try talking with your friends, ask them why, in case it's a reason totally different from what you or I think it is!.

The communication thing is a huge challenge for me, I only feel okay texting people or the computer as well!. People irritate me a lot and I can only handle so much!. When my friends start whining about their problems I become so irritated I jump down their throat because I have so much going inside me that I keep to myself and when I try to discuss what I'm going through they don't have a care in the world!. I have panic attacks at work and often call out, I have trouble keeping a job!. No matter how much I talk about it with therapists/psychiatrists nothing seems to help!. I feel so alone and scared all the time!.

I know what your going through is rough and uncomfortable, I just wanted to show you that your not alone because I know you feel that way right now!.

First of all, im not a person who has teh worst anxiety ever!. Mine is the type that is caused by OCD!. Which makes me very stressed out!. But i think i know what your going through!. Communication is very important, you need your friends around you, though you are pushing them away from time to time, you should tell them what you are goingt through, and if they were true friends they will understsand anr friends!?!? Or is it the case where you to our friends!?!? Or is it the case where you to our friends!?!? Or is it the case where you to scared to talk to them just in case they laugh at you!. Just be positive of yourself!. if this is worrying you too much, try talking to your soctor,!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i lost my youth to depression! was irritable, depressed all the time!. went to a shrink, didnt like him!. finally my friend took me to a shrink who was just divine!. she gave me medication!. it tooka month for them to start working (She also had to adjust the dosage)!. but since then, life as been great!. so please, please go to a psychiatrist!. find one you like!. medication and counselling definetly works!. dont leave it untreated!. it starts to affect everything - your health, your looks, your relationships!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you'll find out who your true friends are and the ones that truely care about you will stick by you and try to help but the others aren't really worth worrying about!.
