Hi Kassandra, I'm sorry you are going through a rough time right now!. It is hard to give advice to someone without knowing much about you!? We can only take a stab at it here and hope that our advice is somehow applicable!.

Be careful of doctors that want to throw a pill at your problem!. Usually, they will put you on Prozac or some anti depressant!. This will mask the situation and treat the symptom without treating the problem!. Recent research shows that Prozac does not work any better than a placebo when dealing with mild depresssion!. Click on article link below for more information!.

When you don't know what is wrong and you can't quite put your finger on why you are depressed, it could be hormonal or it could be that you need to change the way you are eating and exercising!. What you eat could be having a powerful effect on your body chemistry!. Do you drink pop, eat junk food, white bread, white rice, white potatoes and greasy fried foods!? Do you walk at least 30-45 minutes every day!? Are you getting enough Chromium in your diet!. People who are Chromium deficient and have fat deposits around their middle are often struggling with depression!. Click on the link below to read about how a doctor discovered that Chromium helped many of his patients to drop their anti depressants and turn back to normal within a few days of taking a Chromium supplement!. I hope this helps and you are feeling like new very soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hormones!. Go to an endocrinologist and get your hormones tested!.

Are you on birth control!? If so, it may be time to switch!. You also might not be getting enough exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you're depressed!. You could go see a psychologist they'll give you some anti depressants and maybe that'll help you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This happened to me a few weeks ago!. I am also 22 and a female!.!.!.I just finished college and was under a lot of stress with finding a job/bills/the emotions that go along with finishing college and having to start life!. Like you I was SUPER emotional, crying all the time, always tired and I even started taking sleeping pills so I would go to bed earlier!. I went to the doctor a bunch of times but was never diagnosed with anything!.!.!.I'm pretty sure I was on the verge of depression slash was depressed!. I just know I felt very hopeless and alone and out of control!. What helped was I left town for a few days to visit some old friends and then I spent a few days all alone reading!.!.!.drawing!.!.!.doing whatever I wanted!. I also called some of my best friends to talk!. The best advice I can offer is to go with your gut!.!.!.if you think it is rooted to something physical, get a second opinion!. Likewise, if your gut feeling is telling you that it's mental, and serious, then ASK for help- that's the hardest part!. Talk to family, friends, maybe even schedule to meet with a therapist (no that doesn't mean you're a nutcase!.!.!.heck, it's borderline trendy to have a therapist these days!) Also, writing your feelings out usually helps!. Do things that make you feel safe, happy and cozy!.!.!.watch your favorite movie in bed and eat chocolate! :) Good luck I genuinely hope you feel better because I know hoe it feels!Www@Answer-Health@Com
