Why do i feel so sad?!?!
Question: Why do i feel so sad!?!!?
Well, nothings wrong with my life, its the summer holidays, i have loads of friends i could go out with, a million and one things i could do, but i still feel so sad and i dont know why, and if someone says the smallest thing ill feel really sad about it!.
What could be causing this!?

You need to talk to someone about how you are feeling!. I have a 12 year old girl who was feeling the same way!. I took her to the doc and they gave her some meds - nothing major just something to help her feel a little better and it worked!. Now she is back to her "old self" again!. Please talk to a adult, it is not good to keep these feeling inside!. You need to speak to somebody that can help you!. I hope start feeling better very soon, hun!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Not too sure, but if this feeling doesn't shake after a while, consider going to the doctor and get a check up!.!.!.you never know, something could be effecting your mood (thyroid issues, etc!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
