Has anybody been on generic Zoloft?!

Question: Has anybody been on generic Zoloft!?
I was on generic zoloft (sertraline) for about 6 weeks!. I had read some stuff about it not working right for alot of people and especially the kind from the company TEVA which is what I was on!. I switched to the name brand about 5 days ago!. Should I be having some symptoms from coming off the generic and starting the name brand!? Any advice is welcome but please don't be mean about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Me too!! I just switched to brand name 4 days ao, and feel like a zombie, but with anxiety too!. I wonder if its from the switch because name brand is stronger!. What dose were you on!? I'm on 100, but I'm thinking it may be too strong, and if I am still feeling "zombieish" in a couple weeks I may get the dose lowered!. Glad to know I'm not the only one feeling the difference!
PS- I just posted the same type of question before I read yours!.!.!.lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Name brand medications and generics can they same active ingredients!. The generic may have some fillers or preservatives different from the name brand!. A very few people can be effected by the generic fillers!. ( I take sertaline ) If the generic fillers where bothering you and you made a switch to Zoloft the symptoms should be almost gone at this point!. My guess is that Zoloft as a medication is what is bothering you, and you should consider using something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
