How can I cure my depression?!
Question: How can I cure my depression!?
Today I feel just so depressed and have no motivation!. I don't know what to do!. All I want to do is eat ice cream but I know that isn't a mature thing to do to cure depression and in reality it will only make me fatter than I am!.
I lost my job in April and haven't found one since!. I feel like a failure to my husband, even though I still pay half the mortgage and bills with my unemployment money, but it's only so much!. I feel like my husband doesn't have any interest in me and I'm more loving to him!.

foods with high amounts of sugar often lead to depression
also maybe you should go to the spa

Go see a doc I would say!.!.!.I mean it may well be a temporary phase!. Not having a job is one of the most depressing things I think!.!.!.when you see that everyone else does and you are just sitting at home!. I had depression for many years and I'm talking Celexa, which is a low dose anti-depressant and it has worked wonders for me!. It won't fix your life but it will help your mood!.!.there is always options so don't give up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
sorry you feel so bad!. I would visit the GP, and ask for help and direction!.
Get some excercise, walking is great!. Talk to your husband, tell him how you feel!. Spend time with friends and other family members, keep busy!. I know how difficult it can be, i really do!. I know what its like to see no light at the end of the tunnel, but please see your Doctor, they really can help!.
