My homie passed away a month ago...?!


Question: My homie passed away a month ago!.!.!.!?
June 28 2008!.
im still depressed!. i didn't count days or weeks!.!.!. but today i felt really bad!.!.!. i couldn't concentrate, i couldn't work!.
I get these bursts of mixed feelings of loneliness, emptiness, guilt, and !.!.!.!.!. its almost impossible to describe!.
Does anyone have anything to say regarding easing up the pain!?

I lost my best friend!. I understand your pain!. Just know that all of these mixed emotions you are going through is completely normal!. You are going to feel many foreign feelings, and they may not make sense to you, but they are still normal!. I truly suggest that you find someone that knows the greiving process, or fing a group to attend!. It will be much harder to deal with down the line, and may affect you for much longer if you don't talk it through!. It's vital to be able to get this off your chest to a person or people that have been there and can guide you in understanding the feelings you will be going through!. It takes a while to go through the greiving process and there are 7 different emotions(although I can't remember exactly what they are or what order they come in)you will experience!. Find someone with experience in this field so that you can make this a little bit easier on yourself!. Don't get me wrong-there is nothing easy about losing someone you love, but try to do something for yourself at this point to ease your pain, or at least help you understand what you are going through!.

it will start to pass little by little!. right now you are missing everything you 2 used to do!. gotta give it some time!. lost very very good friend 1 year ago 7/26 n it was just as hard that day as it was a year ago!.!.!.!.but u no what!? it got easier all the other days!. just remember all the good times and know that he would not want you to suffer!.

man yo just gotta get on with your life, that's what you homes would want you to do, but you should never ever forget your mate, so if your feeling depressed sit down with a pen and paper and write down some of the good times you and your friend had together e!.g day trips etc!. etc!. and think in your mind what those times were like and just remember him when he was happy, because hes in a better place now and if your ever feeling unhappy then remember these, the times you and your friend spent together, because what they say about him being alive in "all our hearts" is so true because in the end all we have any way is!.!.!.!. memoriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Allow yourself to feel the pain, fighting back your emotions will only make it worse!. Accept that you are still mourning and as much as it sucks, only a lot of time and accepting of what you're feeling will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
