Question: Im laying in bed, stressed out!! how can i get relaxed and things off my mind!?
please help!.!.!.like any yoga things or meditating things!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think out what you're going to do tomorrow!.!.!.very slowly!.

Example: Tomorrow, I'm gonna open my eyes, get one leg off the bed, get the other leg off the bed, stretch both arms up slowly, yawn, take a few steps to the bathroom, pee, !.!.!.etc!.!.!.

Think out every single tiny detail of what you're going to do!. This will numb your mind and make you sleepy before you can even think about the major things you will do!. In fact, you'll be asleep before you think of breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make a list of what you are stressed out about!. Write them in order of what is most important!. Take each stress, one at a time, and figure out how you can take care of it and make that stress go away!.

Dim the lights, light a candle, take a bath, listen to music, or anything else that might calm you down!. Just remember that even if you are relaxed during the bath, the stresses might still be there when you are done!. You'll have to fix each problem one at a time eventually, but for now, relax!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on time of day!. At night might ant light exercise, nothing heavy!. In mornings you might do something more strenuous!. Exercise builds up endorphins which are natural pain relievers and they help wth stress, too!. Walking or walking in water or swimming are great overall exercises and they do relieve stress!. Yoga does stretch and exercise body in a more comfortable way and that is good and relaxation is stressed!. There may be some exercises to cetain parts of the body to relax them!.

A massage is a good relaxer or a facial!. Prayer may also help as you let go of your problems!. Sometimes it helps to brush off problems!. Actualy take your hands and brush down your torso and brush it away from you and visualize that you are brushing away things that bug you or that you are stressed about!. Brush it off you and away!. If someone bugs you, brush them off and away from you!. Listen to music that is relaxing!. Piano may be good as are certain woodwinds, Indian music or a trickling stream!. A water fountain may be relaxing!. Deep breathing helps!.

planting a flower is a good option, seeing a thing who needs you and loves you just because irrigating itself!. Learn to love life, a gift first received, learn to love others, say hi to neighbour, cashier in the market, ask how're you your nextdoor, the elders nearby your place, invest positivity get the energy,

Take some pain medicine to help relax your body, like Excedrin p!.m!. and then start reading a really good book!. Make sure your environment is relaxing, your bed is made , you have enough pillows, the temperature is just right, and maybe some white noise, like a fan humming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well for starters you have a few options!.
1!. ask for prescription xanax (generic alprazalom)
2!. read Ephesians 6 the armor of God
3!.make sure your bedroom is for sleeping and love making (make sure your room is dark)

idk about any of thoughs things but it always helps me thinking of how fortunate i am and how everything could be worst also what i do most the time is i just wipe everything off my mind and listen to music i honestly think this works the best
