Answers:
Everyone grieves differantly and at a different pace My situation is a little different I lost my 15 yr old daughter but after 10-1/2 years it still feels like yesterday!. No matter what others say when you loose a very important person in your life you will grieve the loss for ever!. I still grieve for my dad who has been gone 24 yrs!. We have to be able to accept that they want us to be happy and to live our lives to the fullest for we will be together again someday!. and they wouldbe very sad if they new we were not living on without them!. we must be there for others that are still living and for ourselves and Our lost loved ones will always be in our hearts and on our minds!. Do you have some one close to you that you can talk to and mentor you a woman that you trust could be very helpful just to spend time with go out for coffee go shopping ect; Good luck and remember to live with the living and keep Mom close to your heart!. I cope by concentration on the fact that I will be with her again someday and make sure no one ever forgets her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a very close family member pass away some years ago, and I too went through a period of depression and anxiety!. Lot's of people go through this, especially if the ones they lost were close to them it's always harder!.
I suggest talking to your doctor about how you've been feeling!. Maybe talk with a counselor!.

so sorry about your loss, hunWww@Answer-Health@Com
