its really early in the morn'n lik almost 3 but i cannot sleep!.!.

Lay in bed!. Get off of your computer NOW!. If you are reading this in the AM and you stayed up all night-shame on you! Go to bed at the same time!. Set a time to go to bed EACH NIGHT at the same time like this: 10:30pm in room 11:15pm Lights out!. Make sure all of your lights are OUT or have a small night light on!. Stay in your bed even if you do not fall asleep right away!. Your mind is still working when you go to bed--it is natural to think about your day when you go to bed!. Make it a habit to get to bed at the same time each night!. If you are in school, make it earlier on school nights, such as 9:45pm in room and 10:30pm lights out Sunday-Thursdays!.

When you set a time to go to bed, set up a time to GET UP (the same time) everyday!. If you need to get up at 6:30am to get to class on time, then set your alarm for 6:15am, just incase you hit the snooze!. You can also put your clock radio on the other side of your room--that way you'd have to get out of bed to turn it off!. Some people have more than one clock radio if they are not morning people!. (When I'm working, I have no problem getting up at 5:30am)!.

Your body will get used to you going to bed at the same time each week!. After about a month, you will no longer need an alarm to get out of bed!. Your body will wake up on it's own, but you must go to bed at the same time each night!. Your body has it's own time clock build in!. You need to find the perfect time for you to get up!. You'll know by the way you feel all day if you woke up at the wrong time!.

Try to get at least 6 1/2 hours sleep each night, but no more than 8 1/2 hours of sleep each night!. 11pm to 7am is 8 hours!. You risk more health problems if you get less than 6 1/2 hours of sleep each night!.

Now, get off of your computer and get in your bed, close those eyes and stay in bed!. The longer you stay still in bed, the easier it will be to fall asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u got a hobby do that or go in ur yahoo search bar type---things to do when bored----u will find millions of pages from trying to climb a wall to gargling water while humming and if ur really bored clean house and if its not messed up then mess it up and then clean it will help if u have no broom or vac so u spend more time at it!.!.!.!.hope this helps oh yea go make a myspace page thats fun to do also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
