You've heard of the Peter Principal!?

Well, I've come up with my own: The Dick Principle!.
It's where people who are jerks (all the way up to borderline psychopaths) are promoted, because their aggressive behavior looks to some managers like "confidence" and "a real go-getter attitude"!.
Most of these flaming ******* also engage in office sabotage, so they always managed to take credit for others accomplishments, and pass the blame for their own mistakes or inadequacy to others!.
This all add up to a world full of ***** like this person as managers!.
You can't change the person, they are genetically defective!.

You have only three options:
1!. Get the hell out of there!.

2!. Try to engage in 'damage control' as much as possible, which means, documenting everything!. Not just the abusive behavior, but all your work and accomplishments, making copies of things, etc!., so if this jerk lies later to blame you for stuff, you have evidence that YOU are right!.
This is a lot of work though, and probably won't matter, because this all makes you look like a trouble-maker!.
So this gets you a quick ticket to either getting fired, or this jerk engaging in even MORE abusive behavior to try to force you to quit!.

3!. Engage in counter-sabotage, actively attempting to illuminate this persons' bad behavior to the greatest extent possible, in the hope (delusion) that he/she will end up getting fired for it, and everyone will love you as the person who finally had the guts to stand up to him/her!.

!.!.!.this never works!. Because ******* have YEARS of experience sabatoging people who show the slightest ability to 'out' them as the jerks they really are!.
The end result of this will likely be!.!.!. (you guessed it) - you getting fired or tortured into quitting!.

The only possible 'upside' to this scenario, is if you have a hidden recording device, and actually catch him saying something threatening or something that clearly shows workplace harrassment!.
Then you could use that to either sue, or threaten a lawsuit if they don't fire him!.

Anything short of that usually ends up with you as the casualty, simply because managers are valued more than regular employees, and because they were stupid enough to think this guy's defective personality traits make him a good manager to begin with, therefore they will see YOU as the problem to get rid of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is unlikely that he will change and it is not your role to help him to do so!. Try looking for a new job if it isn't too complicated, no job is worth risking your health over! Best wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please sit down with your co-worker first and then your boss and tell both of them, INDIVIDUALLY, that their discussions (don't call them arguments or fights) with each other make you feel uncomfortable and nervous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell him how you feel!. He may or may not be willing to do something about it!. If he doesn't, it's probably best to find a new job!. Although you want it, it's not worth your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ACAS, they will advice you!. Google them and you will find there email and phone number!. Its confidential as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Panic attacks!? Stop being such a wimp!.

Start looking for a new job and send out your resume!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to work in an office and this would go on!. It was hillarious!Www@Answer-Health@Com
