Which mental disorder do I have?!

Question: Which mental disorder do I have!?
I am now 16 years old and I still have a very embarrassing mental disorder!. I have moved 5 times so far in between New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut!. When I moved the third time I was 8 years old and thats when I first encountered the my condition!. I got scared from a dream at night and woke up and found everybody asleep in my house!. So I got scared and went to my parents room and I didn't want to bother them so I slept on the floor!. And in the morning they told me don't sleep on the floor you will get sick sleep on the bed!. So the next time I had a dream I went and slept on their bed!. And this stayed like that the whole time I lived in New York!. When I was 12 we moved to Connecticut and my condition stopped the whole time I was living in CT I did not go to my parents room!. Then we moved to NJ when I was 13 and the condition returned!. I would wake up at around the same time every night and go running in fear to my parents bedroom!. I wake up in fear and go running to their room!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
That doesn't sound like a mental disorder!.

I would have said anxiety from moving, but the fact that you didnt experience it in the Connecticut move, cancels that theory!.

It doesn't sound like anything but some irrational aversion, its not night terrors or anything!.!.!.!.

Try getting a very dim night light, not enough to disturb your sleep, but enough light so its not pitch black when you wake up!.

I had a night light till I was like 14 or so and I'm built like a cornerback!. Being big and strong doesnt mean you dont get scared!.

Youll out grow these fears in a few years when your testosterone levels skyrocket!.

Testosterone causes you to not really fear anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't say it's a mental disorder!.
It seems that you might not be used to the environment you're in because of moving so much!.
Maybe their's something on your mind that's causing you to have the dreams!?
There are endless explanations for this, but I wouldn't say it's a disorder!.
Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might be suffering from anxiety!. Even though it has been a few years from the initial dream, it all depends on what the dream is!. If it was about someone who was dear to you dying, then it is possible that you do this every night because of the fear of someones impending death!. You might think that if you are there with said person, they wont die as long as you are there!. It might not be something that you physically think of all the time but it could be in the back of your head!. But if it was just a regular, scary monster type of bad dream, you might just have anxiety and in the back of your mind you need the security of your parents!. Either way, i think you should ask a doctor because you might suffer from anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
