Do a lot during the day!. Work at your job, exercise, clean the house, go swimming, anything!. I learned that a busy day makes you sleep good that night, I used to have sleeping troubles too!. When I play sports I get the best night sleeps in the world!! If you're still finding you can't sleep at night, stop thinking about what you're going to do tomorrow, or what happened today, or anything!. Just relax your mind, and relax your body!. Start by relaxing the muscles in your toes and fingers, then your legs and arms and keep going until your whole body is relaxed!. Just close your eyes, and even if you don't always feel sleepy you'll usually fall asleep without even realizing it!. Maybe the problem is your bed!. Is it uncomfortable!? Heres what you do!.

1!. No coffee/mountain dew, tea after 11am
2!. No more than 1 Cup of what ever you decide to drink that has caffeine in it!.
3!. Load your diet up with plenty of turkey to include turkey lunch meat!.
4!. Make sure you are hydrated before bed, start drinking water around 7 pm and make sure you are not thirsty!.
5!. No naps!.!.!.just go to bed early if you are tired!.
6!. Go to Gnc and ask for a bottle of melatonin!.!.!.its really cheap at about 7 bucks a bottle, non-addictive and and it works!.

If you do this and all else fails than its time to move on to the big Kahuna!.!.!.!.!.!.!.go to rite aid or cvs and get a bottle of sominex!.!.!.do not ask for anything else!.!.but get a bottle of sominex from the pharmacy department!. pop one half of a pill a half hpur before bed and go straight to la la land!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) 5-10 days try to rise early in the morning
2) Sex - pretty good way!.!.!. 30-60 min sex and u gone sleep like baby ;)
3) warm milk
4) may be u need Rest on the nature in a distance from city!?

Exercise!. But don't exercise within 2 hours of trying to sleep!. Don't use your bed for anything other than sleeping!. Don't watch tv or go on the computer before bed!. Lavender scent on the pillows!. A cold room and lots of blankets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
