I had one in my house a couple of months ago when I woke up!. I had no idea that my family was getting one for me!. I was shocked!. But I did everything that they told me to do!. I went for treatment!. And I'm sober and happy now!.
You would find one at the rehab that you are planning on sending the person to!. Call up the rehab and ask them if they have an Interventist on site that can come to your home to get them into their rehab!. Get a good one though!.!. Someone that is calm and not pushy!. Someone that is a recoved alcoholic or drug addict!. they are the best cause they have been there and done this beforeWww@Answer-Health@Com

It would be best to have the family and friends involved consult with a counselor, psychologist, therapist, etc!. Primarily one that is specialized in addiction and/or family/group therapy!. They will guide you!. It'd be best for everyone who wants to partcipate to pick a place and time and tell the person where to go but not the reason for the meeting!. Have the therapist there as well to direct the intervention!. Everyone should have something prepared they want to say to the person and have them at least sit through the intervention even if they are resistant to help so they can at least hear what people say!. Not be physically forceful but at least try to get them to stay!. They may feel set up or betrayed but reassure them that it's because you love them and care for them and you can't take it anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
