Question: I need help falling sleepy easier!. Please help me :(!?
I am on summer break currently so i sleep 9 hours average!. But takes me like 40mins to 1 hour to fall asleep!. Example i go to sleep way later than my brother and he falls asleep in 5 minutes!
Is it because i am sleeping 2 much, yet i don't exercise much!? I am on summer so i spend most my time in computer!. But it has always been like that!. And i don't wanna use sleeping pills or w/e weird stuff there is else!. And also i am only 13 years old so yea!.!.!. Well that is about it!. (Also please give serious answers not stupid) I am awake at the moment waiting for answers to fall asleep!. Thanks anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Never go to sleep hungry (cause you to be restless) and never go to bed on a full stomach (causes indigestion, flatulence and heartburn)!. Do not eat rich or spicy foods before you settle into bed!.

You could have insomnia (wikipedia 'insomnia') you can't really do much about it!.If you feel active in the night don't lie around read a book or something then you'lll fall asleep easier!.Tire yourself out in the day!.Turn out lights/close curtains its easier to sleep in the dark!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
More exercise will help wear yourself out and so sleep easier at night!.
Set up a routine before bedtime- like eat dinner, go for a shower, brush teeth and then bed or whatever!. If you do the same thing at the same time everynight, it will act like a signal to your body that its time to sleep!.

ok, try doing cardio exercise for 60 minutes every day!. that will help counteract the laziness of summer and the eating out of boredom while at home!. I used to be the same way before i became active againWww@Answer-Health@Com

do some exercise!.!.don't just sit whole day in front of computer!.!.it's not good for health!.!.!.even if you go out play anysports it will be good for your body as well as mind and you will get profound sleep!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey your young and you do need more sleep than the rest of us old folks!. I remember when I was your age that I would get my days and nights mixed up!. What I still do when I can't fall asleep while laying in bed is to make up a story in my mind!. It can be about anything perhaps your the most popular guy in school and all the girls love you or that you are a famous person or you have tons of money and can buy anything you want!. It's your imagination so go with the flow!. I usually get started spending money like it was Christmas and before I can even get through my family I'm asleep!. as long as you stay on your computer your never going to go to sleep!. the computer, tv and video games have infra red rays that stimulate the brain!. you need to stop these activities 1/2 hour before bedtime!. also no caffiene 4 hours before bed!. do you have any turkey in your fridge!? that has enzemes that cause drowiness!. do you have a pet!. lay down with pet and stroke their fur, dont play or talk to them just stoke their fur!. very soothing!. read a dull book!. a good book makes you stay awake because your stimulating the brain wanting to read more!. dont do any major thinking!. dont take problems to bed!. sing 99 bottles of beer on the wall, lol that helps tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
