I have these really really small (almost like a pen point) circular spots of open skin on my hands only!.

well im not sure i get stressed but my skin doesn't crack but now a cousin of mine does and she gets stressed a lot her skin is like you describe but im not sure because it might be because of her parents but i would go see a doctor or a dermatologistWww@Answer-Health@Com
Stress can cause many things but I have never heard of it causing a person's skin to crack!. Maybe you are allergic to something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
