I've got a stressed out friend and a stressed out husband!.!.!.and I think they've taken their toll on me today!. Now I'm cranky! I still have a ton of work to do though!.!.!.how do you snap out of your crap days!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I go out for a walk, listen to music, play an instrument (sometime playing with too much force just to get my anger out through the shrieking sound~~~XD), read a book, watch TV til you fall asleep, take a bubble bath while listening to music!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

I try to listen to my favorite tunes at the office!. If you are at work, then I suggest maybe going outside and taking a short walk, or just getting out of the workplace for a few minutes!.

It's what you enjoy doing! You have to figure out what makes you happy, and what makes you feel good!. Unfortunately, sometimes a pint of Ben & Jerry's is the best cure!. It's about you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
