How can I tell that I am not crazy?!

The brain is a crazy thing!. Doctors are still trying to figure out how it works!. I'm not a doctor, but I can tell you that if it scares you enough, you should see one!. Just be vary cautious and go to someone you trust!. From what I have learned in Psychology courses, usually when you go to a doctor, they can be predetermined to diagnose you with something, even if you are perfectly healthy!. After all, people don't see doctors if nothing is wrong!. You might want to talk to a family member first!.

Also, what kind of crazy do you think you are!? Are you hearing voices!? Bi-polar!? Seeing things!? You might just be suffering from mild paranoia or it might simply be stress!.

If you are wondering about your mental health then you could benefit from talking to an expert (counselor/psychologist) if for no other reason than to get the validation from an expert that, "You're ok - you've got problems like every one has but you're still in touch with reality!." Sometimes a person has to get expert feedback for reassurance and that can't be given by your parents or loved ones (because you'd wonder if they are just saying that because they love you)!.!.!.!. you need an objective "expert"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
