Is there something wrong with my brain?? Please, I need some help.?!

Question: Is there something wrong with my brain!?!? Please, I need some help!.!?
At random times but not very often, when I'm trying to sleep, right when I start drifting away, my ears will start to ring or something!. I don't know what exactly this is!.

I hear it more in my head than actually in my ears!. It's weird, it causes goosebumps on me, my body will quiver, and my heart beat speeds up A LOT, but I'll be breathing deeply and calmly!.

If I do nothing about it, then it will continue to hurt me and keep me from falling asleep!. Well, it doesn't physically hurt me but mentally I really don't like it!. If the noise gets bad enough it will cause some uncontrollable spasm in me (seriously)!.

The only way I know how to deal with this is by listening to soft calm music and slowly drift off to sleep!. If I'm hearing some sort of calming noise it keeps it from happening!.

Notes: This has mostly only happened when my sleep pattern is jacked up!.

Has anyone experienced ANYTHING of this sort!? Or know at all what it might be!? Can I stop it from happening again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you taking anti anxiety meds or antidepressants!?!? This same thing use to happen to me when i was on antidepressants a few years ago !.!.!.!.!.!.!. for me it sounded like the whizzing sound the radio makes when you are in between stations!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. almost like some sort of a shock going on in my brain!.!.!.!.!.!.!. i, however, was on really high levels of them !.!.!.!. perhaps you should go see your physician if this is the case and ask his advice!.

If you are taking any anti anxiety or antidepressants then you really should be supplementing with a multi B complex vitamin on a daily basis to support a healthy neural, immune and digestive system as the meds will rob you of these!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. actually, you should be taking one regardless!.!.!.!.!.!.!. stress can do some wicked things to your body too you know!.

Listening to calming music or having a nice hot bath always used to settle my nerves and stop it for me !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. in the long run it turned out i didn't need antidepressants at all but simply had to eat properly and ditch all the junk food & high sugar snacks i was virtually living on!.

Drink loads of fresh filtered water too to ensure you are properly hydrated !.!.!.!.!.!. at least 2 - 3 litres of water daily and ditch the alcohol, soft drinks, pop and sodas and cut right back on coffee and tea too if you drink any as they'll all rob you of your B vitamins and dehydrate you terribly!.

i hope this helps u a bit

it's normal to get that ringing in your ears, everyone gets that!.

but if it makes you quiver and start racing your heart beat up enough to distract you from sleeping and even cause you some sort of spasm attack, then that's definitely not normal!.!.!.

only thing I think that may cause it is stress!. do you know if you're stressed over anything right now!? other than that, sorry, I have no idea!. may be somethign you should see a doctor aboutWww@Answer-Health@Com

i get a high pitched ringing in my ears!.!. as if there is a high frequency around when im going to sleep its also called Tinnitus, but i dont get any of what you have described but i do get it during the day aswell!.!.!. try some sort of relaxation method, or see your dr if you are worried!.!.!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

you are experiencing a parasomnia!. It is an occurence wher u r stuck between stages of sleep!. It is often accompanied by sleep parsalysis, where you think you are awake, but cant move, and it is really scary!. The ringing may just be simple tinnitus, but if it only is happening during sleep, then it is more likely related to the sleep disorder!. Hpnagogic hallucinations (auditory) are usually a persistent "tone" that you hear (auditory hallicination, not visual!. Go get a sleep study, a nuerologist can order one for you (or any doctor for that matter)!.Good Luck!.!.!.it is harmless, but scarey and can interupt a good nights sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com

I focus on mind body healing so from my view point when you are ready to get rid of it look at the message it is giving you!. You have not been listening to your higher self!. The ringing is just like when a phone rings it is a wake up ring so you will pay attention someone is calling you!. Take a pad & pen & put near your bed!. As soon as you wake up write down your dreams this have to be interpreted symbolically!. So learn what they message is or you can hire someone who does the work I do to help you to gain clarity about the message that you are getting!. Also, if you can meditate which just means sit in silence you can get the message!. You haven't been listening & you have not done this because you haven't seen the message is a message of love!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The brain does loads of weird stuff!. Especially when we are stressed or sleep deprived etc!. I have experienced lots of strange stuff like this!. I've even heard voices occasionally but there's nothing wrong with me!. The most common thing I get is when i am lying in bed at night and there is a sudden noise from outside like a fast car and I get a flash of light induced by the sound!. I've had that for years and years!. it's just one of those things!. There is more that we don't know about the brain than we do know!. I just don't worry about these things!. But of course if you are really concerned, see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
