How can I get over random depression?!


Question: How can I get over random depression!?
I have a good life, just life is a drag sometimes!. I'm 16!. I'm single (I think I need a good girl that I can talk to)!. Someone give me advice!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't have girl friend, try to have good friends ( male or female) to talk to, to walk with, to hang out etc!.
Take a good multi vitamin composition made for teenagers because sometimes especially some kinds of Vitamin B help!.
Find some friends to do sports with!. The lack of energy is sometimes the product of excessive energy!. just the opposite of what it seems!.
Find a hobby!.It may be fixing cars, collecting old toys,history of music, making cartoons , gardening or whehatever,
When you are down, if it's night,or if you are not going out any more , fill the bath tube with warm water ,put a nice smelling bubble soap ,add a jarful of salt, sit in it for 20 minutes, and try to relax!. It takes away bad feelings!.
When you are 16, it is easy to be depressed!. and moody!. Let me tell you a secret: Most of other people your age who seem to be perfectly balanced and happy are a bit depresse too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Girls love guys who randomly call them to talk about things!. The more drama the better!. Specially at your age!. Call one up and spark a random convo!.

You're 16!. You're about to go through a depressed state, even with a good life!. =P Everyone does, it's better to get over it earlier than having it around 19 or 25 =p Try not to let it get to you!. If your depression is "random" then think of "random" happy thoughts!. As soon as you feel yourself drifting off into a sad mood, quickly find a friend to talk to, or a family member!. Talk about anything, it will quickly distract yourself!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of spending time depressed, take a biology course and spend time pondering how amazing and complex our planet is!. Knowing more about life makes walking outside just that much more beautiful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
