depression hurts!. try not to turn to anti depressants they make you feel nothing!. I was on them and i couldnt laugh or cry and depressed me more!. Just be strong!. Don't sit in the house go to the grocery store or something!. Sunlight helps a lot!. I know being depressed youd rather sit in your room in bed with the blinds closed!. Its not healthy!.
