It is a safe environment that you can talk to a professional doctor about how you are feeling!. There will also be groups throughout the day with other people that have some of the same issues as you !. You can be helped!. At first you will probably not want to be there or you may not like it!. But you will find others there that feel as you!. You will find life long friendships with others that are like you!. Nice people!. you are not alone!.
How long will you stay!.!.!.!. it depends on the person and the place you go!. Most are a month!. They will give you the tools that you need in life to survive as a healthy person!.
