I am a little afraid to poop in public bathrooms can anyone help?!

Are you afraid because of the neighbors in the next stall or the seat itself!. If it is the seat, use the protective cover or tear strips of toilet paper and cover the seat!.

If it is the neighbors, I want you to remember everybody poops!. I know I do!. And guess what, they are there to poop also!. So, let it fly!.

Remember to wash when you are done!. A good rule is to wet your hands, add soap and lather your hands while reciting your ABC's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is nothing wrong!.!.!. I rarely ever use public bathrooms for taking poops!. It is extremely disgusting and gross!. when you sit on the toilet seat, what if your load drops into the toilet water and splashes onto your skin!? And just the fact that your pants are going to be sagged onto the filthy ground while you are sitting on the toilet seat is repulsive!. Eat 2 apples a day so you can go to the bathroom more regularly, and just make sure to use the bathroom at your house every morning and before you leave to go somewhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try going in when no one's in there!. And if there's people in there!. Just try not to be noticed going in!. If you are spotted and you have to poop just wait until everyone who was in the bathroom when you went in leaves out!. So the people who come after you will never know how long you've been in there!. And to avoid the smell, flush the toilet after you drop a little!.!.!.!.it will keep the scent down! Its always better out than in as I would say! =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't like to poop in public restrooms either, but you gotta do what you gotta do when you gotta do it!.!.!.!.!.
I usually try to find a public bathroom that ony has the one stall in it and if people think i take too long, I also be sure to redo my make up or fix my hair or definately wash my hands and if they say anything to me!.!.!.!.I just started asking, "why do you care, perv!?" then they leave me alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Me too! You can try flushing the toilet as you "go" so there is little or no odor!. That's about it!. I know how you feel!. I feel like a fool because I feel as you do!. It's just something we have to learn to deal with and cope with!. In truth, we probably both know that no one is paying attention to us when we are doing our thing in the stall of a bathroom!. After all, do WE pay attention to how long someone else is in there and how long they're taking!? No, right!? Yet, we are who we are and it bothers us and I think we just have to try to make the best of it!. We feel as we feel!. I've learned that telling friends and family that that bothers me just makes it worse 'cause then they all kid me about it or make jokes if I have to "go" when we're out somewhere!.

yeah, I hate that too,because like when you come back you think every one knows what you did because it took a long time!.Then you are like SO embarrassed even if you didn't take that long because no matter how long or short time you took!.Your super paranoid!!!I I guess you have to try before you go and pray you don't have to go!.!.!.but don't think about it all day when your out because you will end up making yourself go because your only thinking about not wanting to go so you will end up making your self have to go!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, i had the same problem!. then i went to college, lived in a dorm, and shared a bathroom that didn't lock with 3 other people and their friends!. after living with that, a public restroom filled with people i don't know (or don't know well) in a stall that locks is not a problem at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
