You just gave the classic example of a anxiety/panic attack!. See site below to see how good a description you gave of it!. Plus it has natural cures for it!. Are you a writer!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

An anxiety attack and a panic attack are basically the same thing, and what you described most definitely sounds like one!

Generally the symptoms of a panic attack are: trembling, dyspnea (shortness of breath), heart palpitations, chest pain (or chest tightness), hot flashes, cold flashes, burning sensations (particularly in the facial or neck area), sweating, nausea, dizziness (or slight vertigo), light-headedness, hyperventilation, paresthesias (tingling sensations), sensations of choking or smothering or derealization, the feeling that nothing is real!.

They are extremely awful!.!.!.!. I have only ever experienced a handful, but the first one is always the worst as you have NO idea what is happening and why!!!

The best thing to do is just accept the attack, move on and try to understand why you were feeling anxious in the first place!. Don't be scared by them, because it was your own fear in the first place that brought one on!.!.!. be brave, hit them on the head and figure out why! Good luck to you hon :)

Well i guess anxiety is a one mental thing that gives you sort of an adrenalin but they are normaly enduced by thoughts of your future or the past and how everything is effectting you at the moment and it's out come!.!.!. what were you thinking about when you walked in your room!?
maybe you might just have a heart problem

to me it feels like i can't exhale and there is a huge weight on my chest and it's kinda like a pounding feeling and normally i don't cry but i want to, i try to repress it when people are home, but when i'm alone i tend to cry!.!.!.

but i can't tell you for sure, i'm no doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, sounds like panic, now tell yourself you will be ok, just keep telling yourself that over and over, do it gently, take nice deep breaths and talk with someone about it, let others know how you are feeling!. Think about a time you were afraid and how long it took for you to calm down, just remember you will calm down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
