A way to get rid of a phobia is to expose yourself to it!.

I used to have this same problem!
The doctor used to give me a medication called ativan to help me!. But when that didn't work I would turn on my IPOD and just dance around the living room!. I would soon forget that the storm was there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
