Has anyone else felt like this before?!

Question: Has anyone else felt like this before!?
I have a generalized anxiety disorder, and I have been battling it my whole life!. When I am in times of stress, it gets really bad!.I also hate any form of change, it does not sit with me well!. I get bad stomach problems, panic attacks, can't leave my house, and everything else!.

I recently moved out of my parent's house!. When my anxiety was bad as a child, that house was my safe spot, where nothing could hurt me!. I am also really close to my parents, especially my mom!.

Since I moved, my parents put the house up for sale, and moved too!. My house is not mine anymore, someone else owns it, and wants to knock it down, or majorly renovate it!. There's a dumpster right in front (I walk past it for comfort sometimes, and saw it)!. Now I can't seem to relax at all!. My panic attacks are full blown, I'm having one pretty much every other day now!. Today I even had diarrhea and a stomachache and I know it was just from stress because I felt physically otherwise fine!.

Did anyone else ever feel this way when their childhood home was sold!? Am I being a wuss, should I just suck it up!. How can I make myself feel better about this and stop the anxiety!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest that you find a cognitive behavioral therapist as they can really help you to deal and confront the irrational thoughts which often lead to anxiety attacks!. Know that you don't have to live your whole life being impacted by these attacks, just because you've had them for a long time!. There are things you can do !. !. !. Change is tough for most people and certainly losing your childhood house is big but know that you have the strength to move beyond!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
