I can't sleep, what to do?!


Question: I can't sleep, what to do!?
I am currently depressed right now since I just drop out of college!. I think that's what triggers my insomnia!. But everytime I try to sleep, I feel anxious!. I had everything in my head, but I still couldn't sleep!

I have drinks drugs and sleeping pill, but my mind is unable to make me sleep!. Help me, I need to sleep!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

One thing you should know: almost everybody has been through something like that at least once in their lives!. Maybe this is not the right time for you to go to college!. You can always go back later!. I got my bachelor's degree at 32!. Now I am 45 and I am working on a Master's degree!. Everything happens for a reason!. Now I suggests that you go out with your friends and enjoy your free time!. You'll know when you are emotionally ready to go back to school!.
Do you have a bicycle!? Is there a pool or a tennis court where you live!? Go and have some physical activity at least five hours before bedtime!. Make yourself tired!. That will help you fall asleep!.
Going through phases like that is perfectly normal!. It's the way you respond to the situation that makes all the difference!. Remember the saying: "If it doesn't kill you, it'll make you stronger"!. You'll get out of this a stronger man, my friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of the time, it is just a simple solution!. In this case it sounds like you could have a Vitamin
B3 (niacin, nicotinic acid, nicotinamide) deficiency!.

The symtoms that show up from this are;
Insomnia, nervousness, irritability, confusion, apprehensiveness, depression, hallucination!.

do heavy stuff of a day time egz:go out play sports, go for runs, go out wit friends, go out by your self) then by the end of the day you will defenitly be so tired

lol i could freak u out bad but im not :P love insomnia people well just put some music on not metal but like some pop music or country or rap something like that then think of calming thoughts make up a story in your head and depression rocks experiment with it its pritty funn what you can descover but dont do anything stupide aka cutting Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've taken all three I presume!.
I guess you have to just lie in bed with your thoughts clear until you fall asleep!. Meditate!. Do something relaxing!.
And if all fails, get yourself knocked out, or see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
