Anxiety problems....!


Question: Anxiety problems!.!.!.!.
I'm 13 years old and i have really bad anxiety!.!.!.!.i have panic attacks when im around large crowds of people!.!.!.i also have paranoia!.!.!.
Is there anything i can do to rerduce anxiety!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try different breathing techniques!. That will sometimes help because you are so busy counting your breaths that you forget about what was originally on your mind; plus deep breaths releases anxiety!. Other than that, I'd see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suffered with social anxiety all of my life!. I didn't get help till I was in my mid 20's!. I was told I was insecure and shy but panic attacks aren't because of insecurity!. I went through a lot of meds and finally found Zoloft!. It has changed my life!. I am outgoing, self confident, and I even give talks and teach classes!. It is a miracle and I thank God every day that I finally got help!. You need to talk to your parents and let them know that you need help!. You can't do this alone!. I went to hypnotist, phsycologist, and read every book I could find to try to help myself!. I was embarrassed about having a "mental" problem but now I look at it like someone with diabetes!. I just have a chemical imbalance in my brain!. I need medication to make my body function properly and thank goodness it does and its great!. Please talk to your parents and tell them your concerns!. When you feel that anxious try to tense up your body part by part and then release until it goes away and see how you like that!. Then take a hot bath and imagine you are anywhere doing anything that doesn't remind you of anxiety!. If you don't feel better after than just write about what makes you anxious!.

I do not believe that you can take care of that problem all by yourself!.
Ask your parents to get you to see an Expert!. You should not have to suffer as much as you do!.
Luckily we live in times when help of all sorts is available!. You may
also speak with a school counsellor!.

I would say to hang out with people that you are comfortable with like your really good friends!. Also if u have paranoia just tell yourself and remind yourself all the good things you did or that you are doing like something else to keep your mind off of it Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know how bad it is, but if you feel lie it is unbearable maybe you should talk to you parents so they can get you a prescription!. My sister had the same problem and they started her on zyban - there is a world of difference in her now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
