How to deal with loads of problems at once?!


Question: How to deal with loads of problems at once!?
im 19 year old male, i suffer from depression, when i have one problem its ok but when i have several problems i tend to panic alot and if affects me LOADS durin sleep eatin, day etc!. i cant deal with 2-3 problems at once as much as i try i cant!.

is there anyway i can deal with loads of problems and stil be confident to carry on with my life like normal, i know its difficult for everyone but for me its really tough but i tend to breakdown a lot!.

any way i can stil think positive and think i can still get through this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Prioritize problems and tackle them one at a time in order of importance!. Panic is the leading killer of the world!. If you have a problem or two or three and you panic, now you have another problem!. (panic) Very few problems are life threatening or dangerous to much other than pride!. Don't let the number of problems become another problem of it's own!. Focus on each one in turn unless solving one means you must solve another with it!. then treat them as one problem!. You must learn to do what you can and let go of the stress that comes with them!. The more you let stress get to you the less able you will be to deal!. Try to concentrate on only one issue at a time!. Panic usually comes from getting upset over your thoughts, things you're worrying about!. Stay in the moment and don't get caught up in worrying about other things or things you can't control!. My therapist taught me a deep breathing exercise that helps me stay calm!. It's basically like meditation, but nothing fancy!. Breathe in (through your nose) slowly for a slow four count, then out slowly for a four count!. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing, and let everything else go!. Do this for 15-20 minutes!. The more you practice, the easier it becomes and the better it works to calm your brain and help you stay centered!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may need to take an anti-anxiety drug such as Buspar, to help you get the panic!. If that's better controlled then the rest of the day may not be so stressful!. You may also want to look into antidepressants!.

k this is what u do after ur done bitching sit down and just think about what can be solved or done to fix that problem i am sorta in the same boat as u but its not depression is working with people just relax sit and think about how to solve the problem and which ones can be done first and then but your plan in motion!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.as for the sleep and that's stuff and tire your self out by working out or something the requires allot of movement because after that your body then needs to rest so you will go to sleep easier!.!.!.!.!.works for me it might work for youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Write down each problem!. Make a list!. Knock out all the easy ones first!. Then take the hard ones- one at a time!. It may take a while, but deal with them completely!. Soon you will realize that most problems are just minor pop-ups!. Make a habit of dealing with new problems as soon as possible!.

In case of danger: PANIC
No,just joking!. When you have lots of problems, leave them,just go take shower, drink a Coke, tea or sth!. then come back and start with the most urgent one!.
When you give a break, choose one which you should do, but don't want to do, but must do, and won't take much time, like phoning sb!. you know will scold you, and nag!. nag!. nag!. but stii ll have to do,take a deep breath, do it and finish it, then congratulate yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get overly worried when i have a lot of problems or about a lot of things lol !.!.

i usually make a list of everything that i need to get done!. then i start with the one i can do right away or the easiest just to get it out of the way!. Also if it is a problem with like a family member or something i just think about it and think how i can fix it then maybe talk to them about it!.

just talking to a friend or family member about the problems can help too since your venting!.

Also you could try seeing a counsler ( if you already dont) they help a lot by venting too and they could probably help you deal with the problems you have !

hmm!.!. i think you should try and relax!. get rid of the stress that makes you panic and breakdown!. you need to have a clear state of mind and working out or somehow ridding yourself of the stress will help a bit!. then once you have a straight head on your shoulders, you should approach your problems one by one and not all at once!. what kind of problems are these by the way!? anyways, be confident that you can handle this!.!. because you CAN!! get that through your head!. you can deal with more difficult things than you think!.

another way is asking others for help!. like close friends or family you can rely on and just say what your problems are!. sometimes talking to others will help you think!. also getting a different point of view or advise from others will help!.

if it's really bad, you should get some professional help!. maybe there's something wrong that's keeping you from analyzing and solving your problems!.
