It is good to improve yourself!. But you cannot expect to be instantly better!. Say Osama bin Laden turns over a new life and starts doing good things!. Do you think Americans would welcome him with open arms right away!? No, but after 10 years they may be more open to it!. Expect less and do more!. See site below on what you can do to make yourself happier!.

Good for you on attempting to improve your life naturally instead of drugging yourself with pills! Doctors love to try to poison us when they can't figure it out! It's the easy answer!. You've done some great work!. Just a few more considerations and things to change that might make a big difference:
NO caffeine (coffee, tea, chocolate, some pain killers)
NO perfumes or fragrances including scented lotions, shampoos, deodorants, laundry detergents, etc!.
NO junk food with chemicals, additives, pesticides, food colorings (watch diet foods with aspartame - it's very toxic)
Check for other chemicals in your life (lots of household chemicals, car exhaust if you commute, chlorinated water!.!.!.)

It could be one or more of these things but these chemicals can mix with our own body's chemicals (hormones, stress, etc!.) creating a horrible brain imbalance which contributes to depression and any number of mental health problems that make us feel "not quite right" and possibly out of control!.

I, too, was feeling like you do!. I went to countless doctors and they all said "maybe you are just depressed"!. Like you I didn't want to take pills, pills that are very addicting, make you gain lots of weight and then you build up a tolerance to them and feel even worse! (Studies show these anti-depressants make a lot of people suicidal!) So I started reading!. Found out I was reacting to caffeine with some experimentation with my diet!. Caffeine would make me have some serious mood swings, bad depression, feeling hopeless and irrational, rage episodes!. Also perfumes and scented products do the same thing only I found this out later!. Usually when I would have these bad episodes I would wonder why I was feeling irrational!. Like you I would count my blessings, but I couldn't control it! Life wasn't right - everything was wrong even though it was irrational for me to feel that way!. I couldn't control it until I started taking control of the chemicals in my environment!.

Do some personal testing with these things!. Maybe just giving you a heads up with be a discovery for you!? If you find you are having a hard time giving any of these chemicals up, that's clearly an indication of an addition and a problem!. (I hardly drank much caffeinated pop and I went through some serious withdrawls!) People are even addicted to perfumes because of the chemicals that are used!!!! Even your laundry detergent has added perfume chemicals! Doctors usually refuse to acknowledge chemical reactions because that would make prescription drugs a problem for people!

Giving these things up the best I can has made a HUGE difference in my life and I have never had to be on anti-depressants!. Hooray!

Good luck! I hope this works for you! And great job on your accomplishments!. You deserve a very happy life!
