Most people will tell you to breathe deeply, from the abdomen, and exhale slowly!. After that, you can picture in your mind whatever scene makes you most relaxed: for some people that means visualizing an empty beach, for others that means a mountain meadow, etc!.
You can mentally survey body parts after you breathe deeply a few times, and say to yourself your toes are completely relaxed, your ankles are completely relaxed, your calf, your knees, your thigh, hips, etc are completely relaxed!.
If you have soft soothing music available, that may help, but it should be soft and not rock in any form for this purpose!
You can lie down, or relax in a lounger; most people recommend lying down!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know the best way but i do know a few different things like watching tv taking a nap, taking a walk, listening to music, surfing the web, writing reading, i think it all really depends on the person everybody has a different way of finding relaxationWww@Answer-Health@Com

Meditation- close your eyes, sit or lay and breath in your nose and out your mouth slowly while listening to either your surroundings or easy listening music!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've tried making slow, deep breaths, but that can only do so much for me!. I also like to take a walk or just lay down and watch TV!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i find that the best way i relax is music, video games, walking the dog or smoking a cigWww@Answer-Health@Com
