How do i sleep through the night?!


Question: How do i sleep through the night!?
i'm 16 years old and its hard for me to fall asleep and then every day i wake up at 3am and cant fall back to sleep!. also i have a fear of being alown which makes sleep a more difficult thing!. please help im very tired!

My advice is don't take sleeping pills at your age!. Try something natural!. I think you may have some stress problem!. Though you have not write!.
You can try the followings:
1!. Take nice,long, warm shower before go to sleep!.
2!. Don't watch TV rather listen some tranquilizing music or develop reading habit at bed time!.
3!. Don't take junk food during night time!. As because junk food take more time to digest and increases B!.M!.R!., so take easily digestible food at night!. You know there is a proverb, breakfast like king!.!.!. etc, etc!. So don't eat full belly!.
4!. Just before bed a glassful of warm buffalo milk with a pinch of nutmeg powder may help!.It contains reach contains of an amino acid, L-tryptophan, which induces sleep!.
5!. Avoid caffeine in all forms!.
6!. Avoid long naps during the day!.
7!. Don't choose alcohol as a remedy for sleeplessness!.
8!. Make your bedroom as comfortable as possible!. Create a quiet,dark atmosphere!. Use clean, fresh sheets and pillow and keep the room temperature comfortable!.

If you have stress problem, do regular exercise or you may take massage in a regular interval!.

they do sell pills and homeopathic things (simply sleep, melatonin) you could try to get something to sleep with like a body pillow!. Spray it with a body spray you like or your boyfriend's (if you have one)
Try setting the room up for sleep!. put up darkening blinds, or a blanket over the window!. Vanilla and lavender are calming scents!. You could light a scented candle!. Have you tried something like meditation!? Just deeply and rhythmicaly breathe while you think of relaxing every muscle, head to toes, and if your mind wanders, bring it back to your breathing pattern!. when you wake up in the middle of the night, you could read yourself back to sleep, provided it's not too exciting a book!.
If you're worrying about stuff before bed, you could write it down before you try to sleep!. And just accept that there are things that you can't change, and the ones you can will just have to wait untill morning!.

i have a hard time at night too, especially nites like tonight when i want to pull a friend right through the computer that i have not seen in several years!. because then i will suddenly feel less in the dark, lighter somehow even!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Meditation is the best source for such things!. Make your mind strong with the meditation techniques!. Once your mind becomes strong everything will become normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are not active enough!.hence your body does not feel worn!.get some exercise then you will find that you will be sleeping better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
