I get exactly the same, I have similar thoughts and they drive me insane two!. This may be a symptom of obsessive compulsive disorder!. The most important thing to remember is thoughts are thoughts, not facts!
My councilor gave me a couple of exercises to practice to stop these thoughts interfearing with my life, here it goes!.!.!.
Imagine your brain is a empty room with two doors on each side, a thought slowley comes in through a door floating on a cloud, you dont need to fight the thought, just judge it!. Its like a brief visitor, that comes in through one door slowly and out through the other!. Take deep breaths during this exercise aand try to make them the same length!.

The second exercise involves walking, you shall need to literally go outside for a walk!. Again you should take deep breaths the same length!. Just focus on yourslef going forwood, do not fight your thoughts, just allow them to be their and focus on you arms, stomach hips and legs talking your body forwood!.

As with lots of mental exercises, these will take practice!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are so many things which could cause those thoughts ranging from excessive-compulsive thoughts to oppositional defiant behavior to some type of post tramatic stress symdorme!.

The important thing to remember, mental illness is every bit as real as a cold or infection!. Don't sit around hoping things will just work out!. There are meds which will help!. There a Dr!.'s who are specialists and have great knowledge in this area!.

If you're not feeling right don't just keep it your self!. GET HELP!!! If you have go to the emergency room gOOO!
Tell them how you are feeling!.
Any medical professional or emergency personnel are obilgated legally in most states to get you help if you tell them you feel like you are going to hurt yourself or someone else---and I don't mean taking you to jail because tell them how you feel!. But instead, to an medical professional or facility which can address these issues you mentioned!.

Dont' just let it go indefinately, you may think it will get better and you may even start to fell better on your own BUT odds are the feelings will return and it may be worse or last longer!.

DO SOMETHING NOW!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Intrusive thoughts can be part of many different conditions, so don't get too scared!. I would definitely go see a mental health counselor!. Only a professional can diagnose you and help you get better!.

If you have insurance, look through your provider list!. You should be able to get a good recommendation!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
