Question: I can't look people in the eye!?Please help!
When im talking to strangers, i cant look them in the eye or sometimes even look in their direction because then i get these jerks!.!.like i jerk my head away!. Its rrly wierd & i cant control it!. It cant be tarets or anything coz its not constant, my head jerks quickly so i look away!.
This escpecially happens when im alone with someone i dont know very well

It's all a mind set when you talk to people!. Just look at them straight, as if you were talking to your mom!. Also, try to keep like a saying in your mind!. Like when you're talking to a stranger, just say to yourself something that'll inspire you to talk to them like "They're a friend", "Just talk to him, What's going to happen!?" or something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
