Grief.................!

Question: Grief!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
I lost my sister last year, this month (August) is when she died!. It really affected me deeply, for about 6-8 months after she died but then I seemed to pick back up but today I feel terrible and so lost and have no energy at all, is this normal because it is coming around for the 1st anniversary or do you think it could be related to something else !?

Thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing you can do is to let go!. You will never forget a passed loved one, but you have no choice but to carry on and live your life to the full!. I'm sure that's what your sister would want and expect!. Don't feel guilty about feeling better, no matter how much or how little time has past!. It's an old cliche, but time really does heal!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It probably is the anniversary - it will bring back some of the feelings that you had in the beginning!.
My mum died when I was in my early 20s and I felt pretty awful every year around the anniversary of her death, but the first one was the worst!.
If you don't feel better soon, go and have a word with your doctor!. Take care :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost my wife of 57 years lastOCT, and for about 6 months, i was a total wreck!. Then i began to feel better, but , i still feel as though i have a part of me missing!. Grief affects us all in different ways!. I seem to cry for no particular reason and that embarresed me no end, but now, i dont care who sees ,so dont bottle it up inside!. and i do believe that time will slowly make things easier!. Remember your slster often, im sure it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could just be a "blue" day, but given that its almost exactly one year since she passed away it sounds more like a form of PTSD

same thing happens to me around the time of year that my grandpa died, and around my sobriety date!.!.!. feelings start to come back, seemingly out of nowhere!.!.!.

its totally natural, your body is remembering!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost my father to cancer when I was 13!.!.!. 5 years ago!.

It was quite a painful experience!. The first anniversary was tough, and the next years got better!.

Recently I started thinking about death again and etc!. but I don't think it has to do with my father!. Just me going crazy heh!.

the point is, you're going to be fine!. When you feel bad, you usually don't want to do anything!. Unless you can snap yourself out of it!.

It will be the anniversary!. My grandmother gets the same way when it comes to the anniversary of my grandads death!. I get the same as well!. But it does get easier with time!. The best thing you can do is remember all the good times you had together with her and not on the sadness of her passing!. She does live on in your memories and in your heart!. Take care xWww@Answer-Health@Com
