I'm having a mid-life crisis and I'm only 14?!

Question: I'm having a mid-life crisis and I'm only 14!?
I've been thinking about back then in 1990s and 2002-2004 and how good it was back then, and I feel sad doing it cause it reminds me that all I do everyday Is use the computer, making me feel like I'm wasting my life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not having a life crisis; you're probably just getting a bit nostalgic!.

I agree!. Life was way better in the nineties!.

Try to find a hobby, like sports or volunteer work, to get yourself out from behind the computer and feel like you're doing something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your question made me smile!. Wait until you have a mid-life crisis!. As a teen you're just going through the rollercoaster feelings of being a teenager!. As we get older people expect more and more of us and there is the fear that we may not live up to what they expect!. Being a child parents, teachers, other family members, and society did not expect a lot from us!. You know pick up your toys, follow rules, be polite and do homework!. I believe that young people are pushed fast to decide what their goals are and to start working towards them!. That's a lot of pressure!. My grand daughter is 17 and at 15 started preparing for college!. Now her last year in high school the pressure is really on- grades, SAT's , grants, loans, etc!. Heck I had trouble doing that stuff when I went back to college at 30!.
The suggestion I give girls/woman I work with is to outline what they want to be doing in a year and then in 5 yrs and then in 10!. When they pick out where they want to be in a year, we start setting simple flexiable goals (not carved in granite) of what they need to do to get there!. Sometimes when there seems like a mountain of things to do we set back and do nothing!. Start setting simple obtainable goals to reach on a weekly basis!. And don't be too terribly hard on yourself!. If you don't do drugs (alcohol) don't get arrested and stay in school, you are ahead of the curve!. Good Luck and enjoy your life now-believe me there is plenty of time to remember the "Good Old Days"Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here's a solution!. Get away from the computer!. As much as it sounds like nagging when your someone tells you to get off the computer, there's good reason behind it!. I've found out after around 5 years of being attached to the computer that it has really deteriorated my mental health!. I sunk into depression and all that lovely crap!. But once I was away from it, I found life so much more enjoyable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are just fine!!!!!! You are simply maturing and realizing that "growing up" means that there are greater expectations and responsiblities on you!. You are simply missing being younger when you didn't have these challenges !. DON'T WORRY, YOU WILL GROW, LEARN , MATURE AND BE ABLE TO HANDLE WHATEVER IS ASKED OF YOU AS AN ADULT! Even the most "mature" adults miss being young, free, and not living a life full of responsibilities!. ENJOY BEING 14, HOLD ON TO HAPPY MEMORIES, AND LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR GREAT FUTURE!!!!!! Now, get up from the computer and hang with the family, meet with friends, have some fun! GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well first of all do you have any friends!? And second are your parents married!? First lets start out with your parents!. If your parents are not that busy maybe you should spend some time with tham unless they are lame!. Friends why don't u spend any time with them football unless your gay!. I hope not!!!!!!!!!! And why don't u talk your parents into sending u out of state for the summer even though the summer is almost over!. Well i hope i helped u alittle bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's called nostalgia, and it's not a mid-life crisis!. Remembering your childhood warmly is normal!.

If you ever actually have a mid-life crisis, you'll know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are no way near a mid-life crisis, but you are having a self-reflective time and warning yourself that there is more in the world than the computer!.

Go find it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
