When Something Frustrating !. Eg!. My Computer Freezes, My Phone Turns Off By Its Self, Or (On A Bad Day) Dropping A Pen!. I BreakDown
Why Do I Feel Like S hit, Why Do I Shut Everyone Out, Why Do I Hit My Self When Something So Little Happens!?!. I Don't Like Being Like This!.


Also, I Lash Out At People, For No Reason, Expesally My Mum!. She Is So Nice To Me!. But For No Reason I Would Just Yell, And Slam Things Around!. But Not All The Time, Idk Why But My Mood Just Changes!.

Not Thats Its Important, but i dont go to school anymore, i hardly see my friends!. i have a job, i stay up late to 4am and then wake up around 1pm!. my sleeping pattern is way off!.

My suggestion is this: You will profit extremely much if and when you seek the services of a licensed professional counselor or psychologist to help you work through this!. The anger you are describing is intense enough to warrant paying attention to obtaining guidance in how to deal with others and yourself in a more positive and appropriate manner that will bring you joy rather than sadness!.

This is too big for you to work through yourself, I think!. You're confusion above indicates that you are feeling overwhelmed and ashamed about the described behavior, yet you are stuck!. A counselor or therapist will help you get past that stuck point!. That's what they are trained to do and have experience in!. Until you seek assistance with this problem, you will continue to be distressed and the effect will increase over time!. Get some assistance now and begin to enjoy living and loving yourself, my friend!.

No I don't believe you are Bi-Polar!. Although I do agree that you're depressed!. I feel there's something bothering you deeply that you haven't adressed and it coming out in simple things!. Is there something that happend that you're trying to avoid!. It's best to take it head on because as you obviously can see it will develop into other things it will get so out of control that you no longer can see the root of the problem and are meerly cutting off the blooms!. Which does nothing because the problem is still there!.

You may be depressed!. You really need to speak with your doctor!. It is really good that you are reaching out for help, and that you recognize that something may be up!. At 17, it could be something as simple as your hormones!. By going to a doctor, you can get a blood test, and they can refer you to someone who can help you figure things out!. It sounds like you could be bi-polar!. I have suffered from bi-polar now for about 5 years!. I was behaving like you!. My husband finally couldn't take anymore and left me!. Please don't feel ashamed about going to a psychiatrist, but please go and let them diagnose you properly!. I promise, you will feel better!. Please go!. Good luck!. My heart goes out to you!. You are 16 - life is really frustrating at that age!. I bet your mom loves you and is willing to help you out!. Have you asked her if you could go see someone like a therapist!? I held a lot of stuff in until I finally decided to visit one!. I got to the point that you're talking about - I started crying at random stuff and I know there was really no reason for me to be crying!. If you're nervous about jumping right into therapy, ask your mom to set a doctor's appt for you!. Talk to your family doctor about what you're feeling - mine suggested therapy and anti-depressants!.
Do something, though!.!.!. trust me, the best part of your life hasn't even begun!. You deserve to smile!! Www@Answer-Health@Com
