Question: Nervous Head shake just (16)
I'm 16 year old i been having nervous head shake when i in the 10th grade now im in the 11th!!!!
These head shake are causing my to fail some of my classes cause im scared to go in front of the class and do my oral project!!
I get them when im in front of people, and when i think people looking at me, and when i get nervous!.!.!.!.
Anyone know how i can fix these problems!.!.!.
they also cause me to be less out going and talk to less female!.!.!.
