Question: What is the best way to deal with a mentally ill neighbor!?
The individual in the apartment below me yells at and hits his wife, makes bizarre bellowing noises throughout the day and all night, steals my mail, and sits out on his deck and smokes drugs, which then filters up through my deck door!.
I will be moving out soon, but in the meantime, I have informed the landlord and the police, but this has not made the situation any better!.
What are some tips that you can offer me for how to deal with this situation, and stay safe and sane until the time arrives for me to move out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The landlord and police won't do anything! That's ridiculous!! Sorry, but I don't know what to tell you!. I'd be baffled and pretty angry if I was in your situation!. I hope everything is fine until you're able to move out!. I guess just keep in mind that if he trespasses onto your property you have the legal right to do what you've got to do :PWww@Answer-Health@Com

A person out of any control and having illegal behaviour is always dangerous!. There are many tactics you can use!.
1!.- Ignore him and his family, not say even hi or goodbye!. Ignoring him will make him to search for another victim because what he needs is be under control of somebody or something!. So if you just act as if he do not exist he will have to find something else to do!.
2!.-Do the opposite, be bery nice saying "hello", "goodbye" even if he do not answears you keep this position and he will change sooner!.
3!.- Be very mean, this is dangerous one if you don
