What the hell is wrong with me!. Why do i let people get to me!. why do i wish i was dead all the thime!. why am i so upsest with death!. why cant i just ask my aunt to vist a psychiatrists!. why am i so afraid!. Please if cant leave a serous answer don't leave one at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are probably depressed, and you probably don't want to visit a psychiatrist because you don't want to think you are depressed!. Depression is very serious, and you really need to speak to somebody, be it a family member, friend, or a psychiatrist!. Psychiatrists are very helpful in cases like this, so I would definately suggest paying a visit to one!.
Try surrounding yourself with people who you know love you and care about you, and who you love!. Get a fun hobby!. (I played The Sims 2 while I was dealing with depression!. It really takes your mind off the bad things in life, and it cheers you up!.) Read some happy books, listen to upbeat, good music, and try to enjoy life to the fullest!.

maybe u just have low tolerance !! u may become depressed but please don't it is no fun maybe u don't wanna go talk to your aunt cause u don't want your family to know find some one to help !! don't let people bother u Www@Answer-Health@Com
