Question: Can somwon tell me why this happened!?
I felt like I was floating, woke up riped a huge phone book in half, with no problem I felt pissed off, lots of rage, not able to control myself, this happened when I was younger and it just happened to my younger brother, can somwon tell what happened!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry but I found your question really confusing, did this happen to your or your brother or both!? I am guessing both!. I don't know if perhaps you and your brother have shared some sort of traumatic event together, abuse, loss of someone etc and maybe this is how you both acted out your rage!. Perhaps it was some sort of fit or something!. it's hard to tell if these things only happened once of with both of you!. Could have been simple temper tantrums!. Very hard to tell without more information and even then maybe you need to talk to someone about this!.

It is usually suppressed anger that comes out in a dream!.Do you hold your anger and disappointment in!? You need to have a release and a good psychiatrist can help you find ways to release this anger and frustration!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like you have adrenal issues!. Adrenaline pumping can do that and make you strong enough to rip a phone book!. It also gives a bit of euphoria!.
