im normal throughout the day but at night i get way scared!. i dont know why either!. is there anyways i can clear my head of scary thing before i go to sleep!? and im not going to sleep till like 5 a!.m!. and it is effecting my attitude during the day!. and im not waking up till 2 p!.m!. and im only 13!. i guess im scared of the dark and getting kidnapped because a lil girl got kidnapped two houses away from me

Get you a night light and pray before you go to sleep ask God to send His gaurdian angels to camp arround you and protect you,He will and ask for a good night sleep!.I watch csi to great show but if it bothers you quit watching it so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Once the LORD woke me up and had me go into the room when a man was trying to take out my window!. I screamed and he ran away!. I had fallen asleep earlier while getting my son to sleep without reading the Bible!. So I asked the LORD if I could just go to sleep in my room or if I needed to read the Bible first!. I felt like he wanted me to read the Bible, so I did!. That was why I was awake and heard the noise and went into the room to see what was making the noise!. I knew that the LORD had awakened me and kept me awake to protect me!.
Another time I fell asleep in the park!. The LORD woke me up three times with ants crawling on my face!. The third time he told me that I was in danger and needed to leave!. So I quickly packed up my things, put on my shoes, and purposefully did not look in that direction when I heard someone in the bushes beside me!. I got my things together and walked quickly away!. As I walked away I heard another voice (not with my ears, but in my head) "Run !" I said, "No, the LORD told me to leave,if I obey Him , I'll be safe!." I walked to my car!. I think when an agent of the devil or the devil himself pretended to be God and told me to run, that if I had, the person in the bushes would have thought that I had seen him and would have run after me!. As it was, I just got farther and farther away from him!.
In the Bible Jesus says that my sheep hear my voice and another they will not follow!. I recognized the LORD's voice because I spent much time reading the Bible!.
Apply this in your situation!. First you need to know the LORD Jesus Christ!. He is God come to earth as man to die for our sins, those ways that we are not as good as God!. If we trust his death to pay for our sins then we can be born again and have His spirit dwelling within us!. We become his temple when we pray and offer him our life!. He will remove our sins as far from us as the east is from the west to be remembered against us no more!. That makes us God's child now!.
When the devil tried to make me scared, I asked the LORD!. I am going to sleep now and if I need to wake up , you wake me up because you have done it before!. You never sleep, but I need to!. So you watch!. Then I go to sleep and let Him watch!. He will wake me up if I need to be awakened because He loves me and I asked Him to do it!. He holds us in the palm of his hand!.
I want to pray right now for that little girl!. LORD, you know exactly where she is!. Please move on her behalf to bring her to safety in you!. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray , Amen!.
Now I want you to ask God to forgive you for watching shows that scare you and make a commitment to Him to not do it again!. Now in the name of Jesus Christ I come against the spirit of fear and loose it from you!. I bind it in the name of Jesus Christ and cast it into the pit!. Dear LORD, please protect this young person and all his/her family from all the plans and purposes of the devil!. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray!. Amen!.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life!.
