If a person has made lot of mistakes in past, and he is down in dumps!


Question: If a person has made lot of mistakes in past, and he is down in dumps
do u think it's still possible for him to bounce back and acheive whatever he wants in life!. or do u know of real life example where a person was completely down and out yet he turned things by being hugely successful!.

Of course you can bounce back and get anything you want in life, there is nothing to stop you, The first thing you need to is find your own inspiration, you need to sit down and and ask yourself what motivates you!. I had really survere depression for almost 4 years i still have it a little bit but not as much, 4 suicide attemps in 3 years, i was living day to day, i started to get myself out of it by doing little things like spending time with freinds as much as i can, doing little projects, getting exercise walking a little but more and more each day!. I kept away from negative things on T!.V i just watched funny things, like Family Guy!. Finally I wanted some thing to motovate me onwards goals ect!. So i spent hour thinking of all the wonderful things i wanted in life, career ect!. It took me about an hour and i compiled my list onto a word document!. Now whenever i get depressed, i look at the list and think, anything is possible!. I left my Native country of britain and now im on way to ahieving what i want!. Try it and remember that there is absoluty nothing to stop you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

II won't go into the details of what my experience is!.!.!.!.
but it includes!.!.!.alcohol, rehabs, pyschwards, meds, detox, sleeping in airport, amtrak station, missions, and the mats in public buildings!.
Buddha mindfulness has been helpful in some repects!.!.!.!.
certainly helped me break out of the LOOP thinking!.!.!.!.
do you know what an earworm is!?
and earworm is that song that goes through your head over and over and over!.!.!.!.
the LOOP thinking is very similar!.!.!.only it has a plot!.
and it can go on all day!.!.!.
Buddha mindful helps to break the loop!.

Helpful in smaller ways!.
I tend to not get irked with people as easily as I used to!.
I don't DWELL on things as much as I used to!.

strikes me as cognitive behavioral process!.!.!.

of course it is not a fix but it helps

Yes, it's possible!. The past is over and you can't do anything about it!. But you do have some control over the present and the future!. Only you know what you want from life!.
