Question: Is this panic or anxiety attacks!.
I cant go to sleep in till 8am,because im scared that i will die in my dreams,and i get to the point were i have to tell someone to wake me up every hour!.I get so nervous to the point were i have to take a brake because i cant breathe,around people that bad stuff happend around!.Sometimes i get so nervous to were i feel like i need to throwup so i cant eat!.Um i just want to stay locked up in my room and away from everybody!.I dont go anywere because im scared that i will panick and i wont feel like my normal self!.Sometimes I dont even know who i am,to were i get to the point were all i do is want to cry!.I cant call people on 3 way because i get to the point were my heart will start pouding really fast!.I cant go to my fammilys house as in my grandmas because i dont know who i am,and i think the bad things that happend of their are going to happen again!.Im not even ready for school,because i think my mind will start messing with me!.I get to the point were i cant even remembber what happend that week!.Um im messing up my relationshp because im worrrying about my own problems!.Somtimes i dont want to even eat,because i dont feel like myself and all i do is want to cry!.sometimes i dont even want to drive in my moms car because i think that im going to forget about everything that happend before i got in the car!.Well someone help me out dont be mean please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been a sufferer for 12-years and am doing well!. My blog is dedicated to help!. I will be updating my blog every 5-7 days on new ways to cope anxiety!. I have just made few good entries on coping - I hope it will help you!.

I started out taking prozac 20mg daily!.!. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well!. I might be considering taking medication off my life!.
And most importantly, I am here to help you because I know how it feels to have anxiety or panic attacks!.

I had the same problems until I saw a psychiatrist and he put me on paroxetine, clonazepam, and Risperdal and these meds really helped!. Maybe you should consider getting to a psychiatrist and getting some meds!. Sounds like you have severe anxiety along with panic disorder possibly!. I couldn't think straight until I started on the meds and now they're helping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you believe in God pray!. You need spiritual healing!. Do yoga, eat right, cut back on your sugars and eat more green vegetables!. It's your spiritual health!. Honestly!.

Write down your daily routines or day (like a journal) go back and read them a couple days to a week later and analyze how you are feeling!. This may help you get better to!. Trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anxiety!.

Panic attacks usually last only a few moments and sometimes longer if untreated!. De-personalization and De-realization are Panic attacks two nastier sisters!.

Cortisol levels are higher at night which may be why the anxiety interferes with your sleep!.

See an MD and try some Benzos to start!. Cymbalta is superb for anxiety/panic/D/P and D/R disorders

Stay away from recreational drugs, caffine, energy drinks, booze!.!.!.!.!.!.get as much good sleep as possible!. Ask MD for sleep study, if necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a mixture of sever GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) along with a few real panic attacks!.

GAD is feeling anxious all the time!. Panic attacks are where you can't breathe and you think you're going to die, you see/hear things, increased heart rate, etc!.

There are a lot of drugs you can get on to deal with the disorders in the long term, and other drugs that you can take to deal with what's happening RIGHT NOW until the other drugs kick in!.

Print out your question and let your doc read it!.

Also, the lack of sleep is probably exacerbating the anxiety!. Consider some sleeping pills!. If you listen to sleep meditation CDs while you wait for the sleeping pills to kick in, it's helpful!.

I went through a very similar experience a few years ago!. It was scary! I wouldn't know what was happening until all of a sudden I realized that I was on the floor crying (the really hard kind where you start hiccupping) with my cousin on the phone and we'd been talking for 2 hours and didn't remember what led up to it!.
