Question: I'm empty inside, what can i do!?
i just dont want to live!. im not going to kill myself or anything, but i dont want to live anymore!. i just cant stand life, nothings gone right for me in life yet, im sure it will someday but i dont know if ill last that long!. i feel like im dying inside!. idk what to do, ive tried so hard to make myself better!.!.!.

i have no one, nothing!. ive tried to change that but!.!.!. again nothing works!. and i can't 'talk to someone' im too afraid of that!.!.!.

help please any advise i dont know what to do!. i want to want to live but i dont know how to!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

why do they treat you like disease!? is there something in you that they see that made them treat you like that!? hm!? well i dunno how to answer you since i know its really hard to think something positive or see the light in your life (ha ha) if all the things happening to you and also considering the way you think is also negative!. i guess you have to pull yourself together!? i guess, then that would be easier to accept what situation your at!.!.!. i also feel that way you know!.!. feels like dying/exploding inside!. and im also all alone now!. sometimes i just really wanna give up but i cant!. its a shame to kill yourself!. hehe!. things will be alright!. i believe!. just hang in there!.

What you can to is move on, move on, move on!. I know its stupid, why live if you just die!? Unfortunately, some things in life don't really work out the way we want them to be (just dying falls in these)!.

I cannot really give some advice because I'm also going through it!.
I guess can be happy we're not alone!.!.!.though we really don't know each other!.

maybe you should get a hobby, join a sports team or a club!. getting our of the house and having social contact with a new group of people who share the same interests as you can be great for the soul!. volunteer work could also help satisfy you!. just hang in there, you will get thru thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

It seems to be you are depressed!.Depression is a disease that has a cure!.More then two years ago i have start changing my diet to a more omega 3 enriched one and i have never felt better in my life!.My life has changed by 180!.I have gained the strength of body and mind and still growing and i use it to help those who want to be helped!.Accept my advice and you will not regret it!.Remember to be persistent!.

I too was abused in school,mentally and physically whenever the opportunity presented itself but this has made me desire to become more then i am so i can finally avoid the pain i was experiencing for so long and finally earn respect from others!.

Depression is caused by the lack of serotonin in your brain which is caused by the lack of omega 3 fatty acids in your brain!.A deficiency that most of the humans on this planet have!.

My advice is that you start the omega 3 diet!.I have researched omega 3 acids for 2 years and performed a very successful experiment on myself and few of my volunteer friends!.Few months of the omega 3 diet i cured my stress[and/or depression] problems permanently and significantly raised my intelligence,improved memory,sight,reflexes[and many other known and unknown benefits]and without any drugs or supplements in the form of pills!.
