Yes that is still rape!. My daughter was raped by a child!. It is difficult to prosecute a child under 14 for sexual assault, but family court would order him into a treatment center and protect other children from him!. Any timeyour body is violated sexually, it is sexual assault!. It really does not matter who the assaulter was!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah it still would be rape, the definition of rape consists of a male person having vaginal sexual intercourse with a female person
